Health & safety is a Line function and adequate authority is delegated to line management to ensure enforcement of HSE rules.

The plant, equipment, storage area for raw material and finished product are
designed, constructed and operated after taking into consideration Safety and Environment aspects.

We identify and communicate all hazards related information of our processes, raw materials and R&D activities to concerned employees.

Employees are trained for Fire Fighting, First Aid, Use of Personal Protective
Equipments, Safe handling of hazardous chemicals. On Site Emergency Plan and Off-Site Emergency Plan etc.

Periodic Safety audits, Risk analysis, and HAZOP study is part of our routine activity.

Contractors, Transporters are trained to handle our chemicals safely and relevant information is provided to Customers.

Sectional Safety Committees and Central Committee for Safety, Fire, Health  and Environment have been formed and their meetings are conducted as per schedule. Suggestions given in these meetings are discussed and implemented.

Outstanding performance shown by the employee in the field of Health, Safety and Environment is considered in the Annual Performance Appraisals.
