Candidates Profile-
PhD (Organic Synthetic Chemistry) from a reputed University with 5-7 years of
R & D experience in specialty chemicals industry/Pharma industry of which at least 3 years should be in custom synthesis/ Contract research. Candidate should have good knowledge of and exposure to analytical laboratory related work as well. MSc (Organic Synthetic Chemistry) with about 10 years of experience will also be considered.

Candidate's Profile:
PhD (Organic Synthetic Chemistry) with 3 – 5 years of R & D
experience or M. Sc. in Organic Chemistry with 6 – 8 of R & D experience in a
specialty chemicals industry / pharma industry / custom synthesis/ Contract
research. Candidate should have good knowledge of and exposure to analytical
laboratory related work as well. Hands on experience of Technology Transfer to
Plant and scale-up is a must.
We are essentially looking for a senior scientist with qualities of an
entrepreneur. Candidate needs to be a self – starter with ability to lead the
team. Good communication skills especially ability to communicate with overseas
clients is also a prerequisite. He should be computer literate.
