New Addition to Innovassynth Family
Mr. M. Dhananjaya Joined Innovassynth Family in October 2008 as Group Principal
Scientist – R & D (Analytical). He is M. Pharm from Andhra University. He has more
than eight years experience in Analytical Method Development in reputed companies
M/s Actavis Pharma Ltd, Glenmark research center, Nicholas Piramal, Aristo Pharma
etc.
MARSHALLING MOTIVATION
Innovassynth is consciously building up a culture where employees' talent and unique
contributions are recognized and rewarded as an organizational initiative. The modus
operandi, though a simple one is very potent. Weave introduced a scheme to identify
and incentives the demonstration of superior performance and enabling attributes
among our Scientists and Officers. Instituted about two years back, these awards
are announced on a quarterly basis. These awards have generated high level of enthusiasm
and motivation among the employees. Competition for this coveted awards very fierce
and equally gruesome is the scrutiny and selection criteria.
Selection Committee in addition to other factors among the contenders looks for
the evidence of significant achievement, stretch performance, spirit of creativity
& continuous improvement, initiative & team work. The chosen few get felicitated
publicly at an organizational function and walk away with a cash award and a citation.
What adds to the sanctimony and prestige of this function is the fact that Chairman
himself is present on the occasion and gives away the prizes.
