Job Description :

To assist in implementation of maintenance related activities as decided by engineering head. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. Keeping a close supervision on reporting Engineers, technician, trainee, and contract people for repair / maintenance of equipment. To ensure and update record of preventive and corrective maintenance performed. Ensure Implementation of functional manual and SOP’s. Ensure safety of Engineers, technician, trainees and workers. Implementation of ISO guidelines. Training & Development of Engineer officers, trainee, workers on quality and Safety. To Achieve Timeliness and accuracy in maintenance of records. To ensure implementation of the documents related with equipment’s (IQ, DQ, OQ & PQ) Carrying out day-to-day instructions of Engineering Head. Monitor equipment and material inventory and place indent as per requirements. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance Overall responsibility of plant maintenance having process equipment like Reaction vessels, centrifuges, ANFD, Rotary dryers, vacuum systems, scrubber, pumps, heat exchangers, etc.
Academics/Work experience:
- University Degree: Engineering Graduate in Mechanical from Reputed Institutes with Full Time Course.
- 15 -18 years of experience in plant maintenance of Chemical or API industry and exposure to brown field / Green field Projects
