We are strongly committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and have taken all necessary and reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of any user information.

For the purpose of this Policy, the terms “you”, “your”, “User” or “user” refers to any natural or legal person who has visited the Platform and/or has agreed to or has enquired about opening an account and/ or initiated the process of opening an account on the Platform. This Policy does not cover any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, collection conducted offline, through any other products or services offered by us that do not display a direct link to this Policy, or by other companies at any third-party sites we may link to.

We reserve the right to revise the terms of our Policy from time to time without notice. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We have put in place stringent security measures as per the industry best practices to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. IP PROTECTION:

The Platform and the elements that comprise it (such as marks, images, text, videos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights. The development of this Platform represents a significant investment and work in common on the part of our teams. For this reason, except as expressly stipulated herein, we have not granted you any right other than that of consulting and using the Platform for your strictly personal and private use. Our maximum liability shall be limited only to the extent of the order value of specific user. You agree that no claims or action arising out of, or related to, the use of the Platform or these terms and conditions may be brought by you more than one (3) months after the cause of action relating to such claim or action arose. If you have a dispute with us or are dissatisfied with the Platform, termination of your use of the Platform is your sole remedy. We have no other obligation, liability, or responsibility to you.
