We are strongly committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and have taken all necessary and reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of any user information.

For the purpose of this Policy, the terms “you”, “your”, “User” or “user” refers to any natural or legal person who has visited the Platform and/or has agreed to or has enquired about opening an account and/ or initiated the process of opening an account on the Platform. The terms “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” shall mean Innovassynth Technologies (India) Limited. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by us on the Platform, including, but not limited to, purchase of products listed on the Platform.

The Platform is intended only for access and use by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information about children under the age of 18.

This Policy covers only information collected through the Platform. This Policy does not cover any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, collection conducted offline, through any other products or services offered by us that do not display a direct link to this Policy, or by other companies at any third-party sites we may link to.

By using the Platform, you accept the practices described in our Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to revise the terms of our Policy from time to time without notice. Your continued use of our Platform following the changes shall be construed as your acceptance to the modified terms. If we intend to apply the changes to this Policy retroactively or to personal information already in our possession, we will notify you of the modifications or amendments. Company may from time to time collect information which are of a non-personal nature. For the purpose of this Policy, “Non-Personal Information” means and includes any information that does not reveal your specific identity, such as, browser information, information collected through Cookies (as defined below), pixel tags and other technologies, demographic information etc. Our Platform gathers some information automatically when you visit the Platform and stores it in log files. Provided that, any information that is freely available or accessible in the public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as sensitive personal data or information.

We may collect your personal information periodically when you use or transact on the Platform. We do need to collect some personal information that is essential in order to provide the Services on the Platform.

In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we collect and analyse demographic and profile data about our users’ activity on the Platform. We may identify and use your Internet Protocol (“IP“) address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer the Platform. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information. We may occasionally ask you to complete optional online surveys. These surveys may ask you for contact information and demographic information (like pin code, age, or income level). You may complete such surveys at your own discretion. Your right of sharing/providing the data/ information and Company’s consequent storage, collection, usage, transfer, access or processing of the same shall not be in violation of any third -party agreement, laws, judgments, orders or decrees to which you may be subjected to.


When we collect and process personal information, and while we retain this information, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. All Your information is maintained by us in electronic form on its equipment, and on the equipment of our employees. User information may also be converted to physical form from time to time. We make all User information accessible to our employees only on a need-to-know basis and bind all such employees to strict confidentiality obligations.

Notwithstanding the above, Company shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties that receive Users’ personal data or events that are beyond the reasonable control of Company including, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer data and storage devices, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, poor quality of internet service or telephone service etc.


We only keep your personal information for as long as may be necessary. This period shall vary depending on how we use your information in accordance with this Policy. If we no longer need your personal information, we will delete it or anonymize it by removing all details that identify you.

However, if necessary, we may keep your personal information to comply with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation, or for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific, or historical research, or statistical purposes.

Company reserves the right to share your information with our service providers to help us fulfil your product orders, process payments, provide customer service, enhance, and personalize your experience with us, deliver our advertisements, conduct market research, or provide vital back-office services. Website monitoring tool ensuring early detection of vulnerabilities, malware, monitors blacklists, weeds out viruses and ensure site is not hacked in any circumstances.

However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We have put in place stringent security measures as per the industry best practices to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. The Platform and the elements that comprise it (such as marks, images, text, videos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights. The development of this Platform represents a significant investment and work in common on the part of our teams. For this reason, except as expressly stipulated herein, we have not granted you any right other than that of consulting and using the Platform for your strictly personal and private use. All use, reproduction or representation of the Platform (in whole or in part) or of the elements which comprise it, on any media whatsoever, for other purposes, including, but not limited to, commercial purposes, is not authorized. On an exceptional basis, we may expressly authorize you to reproduce and/or represent all or part of the Platform, on certain media.


We may occasionally update this Policy and such changes will be posted on the Platform. This Policy and your use of the Site will be governed by Indian law. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or licensors will be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits) related to the Platform or your use thereof regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability shall be limited only to the extent of the order value of specific user. You agree that no claims or action arising out of, or related to, the use of the Platform or these terms and conditions may be brought by you more than one (3) months after the cause of action relating to such claim or action arose. If you have a dispute with us or are dissatisfied with the Platform, termination of your use of the Platform is your sole remedy. We have no other obligation, liability, or responsibility to you.
